A Warranty Inspection is usually completed before the owners first year anniversary in the home. Warranty inspections are very important for new home owners. Tarion also has a 7 year major structural defect window.
Drone Aerial Imaging
Drone imaging included with every inspection at no added cost. Drone imaging is used to Inspect the roof system when it is too steep or high. Your roof is a very important system, that being said it shouldn't just be a limitation.
Infrared Imaging / Thermal
Infrared cameras are non-contact devices that detects infrared energy (heat) and converts it into an electronic signal, which is then processed to produce a picture. Generally used to find active leaks / moisture problems and air leakage.
